Attention All Vendors

Pine Bush Harvest Festival Vendor Information

Space size: 10 X 10. Spaces are assigned to paid vendors on Aug.15th. Please note that space numbers may be different from previous years. No electric or water available.

FEES:

  • $40 for all vendors before Aug. 15th
  • $50 for all vendors after Aug. 15th
  • $20 for Non-Profits (Scouts, 4H, Schools, and Churches). Only ONE space at the reduced Fee.

Main Street Store Restaurant Owners are allowed One free space in front of their business. 

ALL FEES MUST ACCOMPANY A REGISTRATION FORM.

ALL VENDORS:

  • No vendor will be allowed items that are considered weapons, unsafe, or destructive.
  • No generators allowed. No electric or water are available.
  • Set up is between 7-9am ONLY. No vehicles permitted on Main St. during event hours.
  • Break down starts at 3pm. Road re-opens at 5pm and you will need to be gone by that time.
  • Park only in legal parking spaces during event.

  • YOU are responsible for complete removal of all trash related to your space. Dumpsters are provided for bulk trash and are located at the Gateway Plaza and Municipal parking lot between New and Depot Streets. Do not use the public cans for your trash.

  • Vendors are not allowed to solicit other than from their allotted space." (This is due to the fact that too many were walking around soliciting raffles and their goods being sold at their booth

ALL FOOD VENDORS:

  • If selling cooked food it must be cooked on-site only. It is a health code violation to cook food offsite and bring to site. Pre-wrapped goods (cookies, candies, jams, and sauces) are allowed.

  • You must obtain a certificate from the board of health prior to the event. All certificates must be presented on the day of the festival. Contact Orange County Board Of Health at (845) 291-2331 for proper food preparation and permits.

  • Only PBLC will be allowed to sell hamburgers or hot dogs.
